Comments:
not a bad day, but felt shitty at the finish, just out of it. really solid splits, goal was 5:40- 542 540 543 540 542 28:29 overall (4 second PR). First two in the lead with Carter were tough with the wind, let Kurt lead for the rest and he took off the last mile, I just struggle to stay on pace. no striders after, just easy jogging 95 pushups, IBIS ab work, calf raises, half ass stretching
