Comments:
really sore from yesterday's hilly race. ran in the morning with martin, ben, and kolbach. we were around 7:00 pace for a couple miles, but we soon picked it up to 6:50s or so. went 5 miles south, 5 back, then 1 mile north, 1 mile back. started to hit the wall on the last 2 miles, martin picked it up on the way back and said he hit a 5:50 last mile lol. why can't he crush that during a race?
