Comments:
jogged the course - 2 mile warmup - race, just over 3 miles in 19:36 - decent time, felt like a hard effort throughout the entire time, 19th overall, getting back into racing - hips a little tight, but other than that felt good afterwards - 1.5 mile cooldown
