I was feeling stiff before the race and even during the warmup so I stretched out and all that good stuff. I did take ibuprofun though but my right ankle was a little sore and shins were too but tried to work on opening my strides. Mile one fast, mile two wayyy to slow, mile three faster. Better then last week, but no p.r.
