Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1st trail run in Flag with the 5fingers. Went out with Kristin before heading to work, and felt real solid all of the way. Legs were feeling a little shaky by the end, which might explain why I smashed my poor little toe into that darned rock! Think I decided on a 2011 race calander today. Gonna try to get into Old Pueblo 50 miler on the 8th of March, and then the San Diego 100 miler on June 12. Training starts now!
