Weather: cool, overcast, and a brisk wind

Comments:
Warmed-up for 5 miles; ran 3000m(10:42), 3000m(10:29), 2000m(6:52), 2000m(6:44) on the course. This was a tough workout, particularly because of the wind. we meant business from the beginning, and the final two intervals demanded a lot of focus--felt strong though throughout. cooled-down for just under 2 miles. not much of an appetite at dinner.
