Comments:
Rainy day so we ran inside. 3 times a mile which indoors each lap is 342m. So we did 5 laps to equal 1710 meters. I felt very fast and am ready for the next invite. Then did 5 sprints down the 800 hall, up the stairs, then back down the hallway. Will call those 150m each
