3:22, 3:17 then a bunch of times around 3:30 and finally 3:28. so i probably took that 2nd one way too hard, and i suffered for it.
im a little disappointed bc i was #8 on this workout and i want to be 7, so it was tough, but it's ok bc u cant always have good workouts.
