we did an 8 miler today, out 2 miles and started the workout of 10 x 30sec on 30 sec off. it felt more like an easy run with strides in the middle than a workout. legs still feel pretty tired from the race and long run. monster workout on wednesday, need to make sure i take it a little extra easy tomorrow
