40 out and back, going all the way down and up asquithew "dip" both times we passed it. Cruising with McPhail. Sub 7, hit a 6:02 and a 6:16 for 800 splits. Easier cool down pace for last .75 miles of trail. Just past the 1.25 marker. 6x150 after.
