Weather: 90 degrees

Comments:
Ran with AJ and Nathan, went for a cookie and from then and went down Cherry and started our 20 minute tempo. Felt really awesome, talked a little and had some fun. Good work-out, and need just need a bit more hyrdating. My goal for Warrior Classic is to beat AJ by atleast 45 seconds or even a minute and not just 30 seconds like Firman. He's improving fast and it's scaring me a bit. Want to make sure I'm dead at the end of this race. Heard a rumor that I'm going to be the back-up guy if the varsity guys go to state in case one of them can't run. Which would be really cool to go too, even if I didn't.
