Comments:
Good run. No pain but some tightness in the left Achilles. Run itself was pretty solid, but nothing special. Yesterday I tried to go for a run but tweaked it on the first stride and had to stop right away. Made some changes to my stride to take some pressure off of it. Also, I think it's important to do some core work before runs to keep my posture good.
