Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
15 minute warm up, then did 6 minutes hard 1 minute recovery, 1 hard, then 6 minute break. Did the same thing for 5 and 4. I felt awful today, my throat has been hurting me today and my legs were absolutely killing me during this workout, they felt like they were tight and like they were about to collapse underneath me. I tried my hardest to stay with everyone, but my body wouldn't allow it. i have no idea why i felt like that today.
