Comments:
had a lot of pain just walking around today so i put myself back in the boot/brace thingy. at least people hold doors for me now :)
anyways this swim was a typical 2 lap freestyle, 2 lap breaststroke, 2 lap kickboard rotation. each one was a little faster than i normally do them...perhaps i've actually improved my swimming abilities!!! achilles feels less stiff afterwords, yay.
