Comments:
My knee was really hurting today. I did 30 minutes of RIW then swam for a little bit. It felt nice to swim but I am really frustrated with my knee. I feel so strong right now but it is like someone is driving a wedge into my tibia every time I put pressure on my knee. I really thought it was better after Tuesday. I am going to call the Health Center tomorrow and hope Schermer is there.
