Comments:
We opted to have our speed workout at the High School instead of Community Parks, which meant we finally get to really test the Track. It was super slippery because of the rain, but I found if I ran on the lines there was better traction, although that meant I couldn't hug the turns like I usually do. Still, a good workout. Warmup was the Lollipop loop and cooldown was to Woods and back.
