Comments:
Goal was to start at 2:30 and work our way down to 2:24. We have a 200 jogging recovery at about 8 minute pace. Went 2:29, 2:30, 2:28, 2:27, 2:26, 2:31, 2:38, 2:30. This was really hard. I am not use to the really short jogging recovery and just didn't feel that good. Should have put better effort into the second to last 800. Brock did 10 and me and his friend ran the last 400 with him in 71-that felt good after the 2+ minute recovery.
