20 minute jog to the trail, then 5 800 m pickups with 90 second recovery, then jog home. target was 3:30. ran 3:32, 3:48, 3:52, 3:48, 3:30. maybe the variation in times has to do with some being uphill and others downhill...but honestly I just wasn't feeling it today. my legs wouldn't move. I had no motivation to catch the pack that I was supposed to be running with. It was miserable feeling. I also hate not knowing how much more of a pickup I have left...grrr today was such a good opportunity to get faster and I just went slow. Booo
