Comments:
After timing the team through a workout around Turner Pond, I decide to do some pickups myself. It turned out to be the longest measured workout I've ever done (I've done longer tempos and fartleks, but never something that was precisely measured.

Really good workout. Brought my pace down consistently and yet felt strong and more confident as I went. I think my legs have gotten ahead of aerobic capacity - I can feel them wanting to take me faster, while my cardiovascular system struggles to keep up. Need more workouts like this one, to match the leg strength I've acquired from the longs runs. Recoveries were about 2-3 minutes, and I'm pleased to say that I felt myself recovering and catching my breath pretty quickly. Felt really wiped when I got back to the dorm. 10k total pickups!
