Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
started off with 4 x 100 meter strides on the football field.. then to scotty ln. for 4 x 350 meter hill repeats from 80-85 seconds each and jog backs down to start again. from there ran down to stone creek where we did 2 400's on tempo in 85 seconds with a 400 ez jog in between.. jog back to school...
