two-mile tempo/intervals

Comments:
the weather today was ehh. rainy and kinda cold, so i thought the workout would suck. we ran two-mile intervals down mlk at sub-tempo pace. i think the goal was 5:25-5:35. we hit each first mile at around 5:21, and then the second mile of both intervals was slower. barnes told all the freshman to stop at the mile mark for the third one and just jog back. so i finished out a solid last mile with dave carter, then cooled down with austin to veale. then 6 accelerative striders on the indoor track, stretch and ice bath. turns out, it didn't suck so much.
