Weather: Cool but a little humid
Comments:
Felt really smooth on first one and reeled it in so I stayed on pace. Second one was full of surges to get by the annoying Nike running groups, which led to me slowing down on the final stretch, causing the 5:31. The last repeat was a bit tough to stya on pace for the first two laps, difficult on the third, and went pretty hard on the final lap, making me think I was around the 5:15 timeframe. Couldn't see my 1200 split, so perhaps that added to the delusion! Overall, a relatively satisfying workout, helping to relieve some recent running-related anxiety as race day approaches!
