Weather: Perfect. 10C no wind

Comments:
Great race. Did the first 10k in 44 mins to get a minute ahead of goal pace and then ran right around 4:28/km. The first 18k were easy and conversational. From there till 30k, I had to focus on the pace but wasn't to strenuous. The 4th 10k was very difficult but exactly 45 mins. I hung onto the 3:10 pace bunny group for most of that. Around 38k, I was really hurting but sped up and that actualy made it easier. Over the last few km, my legs were not responding to me but maintained the pace. BQ!!! Hell ya!!!
