Todays practice was the sh!t :) best fast day ever. Didnt quit. Need to improve on jogging though for the recovery part. 12 200's in <52 6 in 48 seconds the rest on time :) 1 mile warm up 1 mile cooldown. My hip doesn't hurt!!!!! :D 100 x 12
