Weather: cool, but at least the sun was out today!
Comments:
incredibly run down last night, went to bed at 10ish and slept pretty poorly until around 9 this morning, came back from classes and took a nap, but felt quite a bit better after, and i think the tea helped too. the workout actually went pretty well though, it hurt like hell, but i was much more able to push through it than wednesday's workout.
long shower after.
