ran 10x800 in the meadow today. honestly, i really didnt think i had it today at the beginning. after the third one i didnt think i was going to be able to finish the workout. but as it turned out, i ran a lot faster in the second half and it ended up being a pretty good workout. going up the hill was kicking my ass, but i was able to make up a ton of ground on the downhill, which was good.
