Long Intense Intervals

Comments:
Got up at 5:55 am and headed out to the Neponsit River Trail bike path where after a 15-minutes warmup, I proceed to do intense intervals of 7 minutes, 11 minutes, 11 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes, and 3 minutes, for a total of 40 minutes at 5k to 10k-ish pace. Recoveries of 2-5 minutes. Wind going around John Paul Park was really rough. Did my last pickup around the pond where I did Wednesdays 1k and 2k repeats. Felt sore, but strong by the end. Tough to push yourself all alone with no measurements to follow, but I think I rose to the challenge pretty well.
