4.26 50 4.14 1.15 4.20 1.12 426 1.50 4.23 1.23 4.22 2.22 5.39. 6x1200 loop splits with rest, last is mile time. goal was 4:05, but that obviously wasn't happening. Felt good, this was just kind of a getting back into interval workout for me, first one in over two weeks, and I was happy. Mile was tough in the sense that I didn't recover enough to really try and move at the end, but I know it was a good workout. 3.5 warmup and 3.5 cooldown
