Comments:
Felt alright coming in. Ankles were still sore but the pain wasn't bad enough to cause significant discomfort and didn't seem to cause me to alter my stride. Gunned the first 800, definitely was the fastest 800m I have done in ACDC, and would have been even faster had I been on a track. Happy I was able to get my last 800 under 2:30 and my 600 under 1:50. Breathing was fine on everything, stomach cramps were my primary limiting factor in this workout. 1000 (3:57), and 600 (1:48) were at the end, but running-log keeps messing it up.
