full day of walking around the city. didn't wear my boot thing because it's been 10 days and i should start working up strength in the left calf, which is considerably smaller than the right... anyways i have no idea how many miles this was, but it was at least 100 blocks. calf is SOOOOOORE. ankle doesn't hurt tho :)
