Comments:
kinda sorta run!!! ins and outs, easy style. 100m "jog", 100m walk for 3200m. my "jogs" ended up being 6:20 pace jaunts but i was very excited and hard to control. at least i did the walking parts correctly. didn't have any pain during, left calf slightly weak feeling. afterwords only slightly stiff and calf actually feels better than it has been. progress!
