Comments:
Ran 35 minutes out and back north on the trail from middle school. Took it fast today, and felt decently good. I have to try really hard this week and at the meet. I think I am able to work hard at practice but I can't push myself at the meet. I will be able to break this mental barrier this next week though. Did 6 striders and two sets of abs afterwards.
