feeling really good. my start was pretty slow in comparison to everyone else and spend the first mile trying to catch up to the front. but by the end i had worked my way up to james. sped up and about 1.5 miles and again with 500m left to get me in 9th place right behind robert. still had a little left but it was a good meet coming from a tempo yesterday. manhattan should be great
