Weather: winter really hit us fast
Comments:
Felt really crappy due to minimal sleep/water/food and overall exhaustion, but fought through that to PR by almost a minute. Adjusting my time to 3.1 miles, I would have had a 24:30 (exactly) which is still a 30 second PR.
