Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I felt really good and relaxed during the workout today. Savannah and I got consistantly faster with each mile, which was good. Everything went well except for my legs, because apparently I have shin splints. I talked to the chiropracter guy after waiting for about an hour, and I don't feel like he helped me much. He didn't tell me much that I didn't already know. Of course rest will make it better, but I don't want to rest. As long as I make it to state, I don't care that I have shin splints, I just don't want them to get worse before districts. But I don't want to get slower by taking time off either. Also, I will miss everyone and feel super lazy and depressed if I have to miss out on workouts. It doesn't seem serious though, so I think I will be able to just push through the last few weeks; I will just try to ice them a lot.
