Comments:
3 mile instead of 5k was disappointing. they also made the course harder. good race though. ankles and knees feeling beat up, felt like I shouldve warmed up better. calculated it to be 19:20 5k pace which is a season pr. breaking 19 this weekend seems doable...elizabeth has the cold now though. fingers crossed for not getting sick
