Comments:
ran with Marc. I felt pretty good for the first time in a while doing a workout. Ran the first 3k on rolling hills in 10:00. I dropped back a little on the second one which was almost all up hill. Don't have a time but probably around 10:30 or so. The last two miles were on a rolling loop with one pretty good hill. About a 2 minute jog at 7:30 pace between intervals. A little more between the miles. Ran 5:00 and 5:05. I was happy how I finished the workout.
