biked out, 2mile warm up, 4x normal pace downhill, hard up little hill, normal downhill, up big hill. about .75miles from up and back per rep. All continuous. Ran strong, the big hills were really tough. Kicked the last one. Legs are a bit sore now. 2 mile cool down, bike back to school
