2 mile cool down

felt ok on this one. i had lunch an hour or so later than usual because of a test, so i was getting side stiches during the workout and felt like i was going to throw it all up. hit all the 400s within the range, and my 800s and 1200 were all about 2 or 3 seconds fast, so overall a good workout. these "hard" days keep feeling easier and easier.
