2 mile warmup
Race was 20:11, after the first mile felt like I was dead so I think I struggled on the next mile, after the 2 mile I tried to pick it up and gain some ground to where I should be...I dont know what was up with me but I really wanna go under 20 next week.
Around a 2.5 mile cooldown with Syd around the course and trails, strides.
