Comments:
9ish. probably a little short. 5 mile tempo at exactly 6:40 pace. went much better than i was expecting it to. really was not feeling the tempoing earlier in the week and the first couple of miles were a little unenjoyable but was able to push the last couple of miles pretty well and finish without positive splitting. running with corey was really helpful
