So did a nice easy warm up then did 8x1000m, the first five we did on the grass at just a brisk pace, for numbers 3-4-5 I ran a little slower with Will because he was struggling and I wanted to help him out. Then for the last three we ran on the dirt road and finished uphill, we did those three the fastest. I felt pretty flat today, just felt heavy, my right leg was a little tight. Overall it was a good workout considering and I got it done. And Dad I am in study hall
