Weather: Nice!
Comments:
Great running weather. It was windy running along the lake on the way out... but on the way back the wind was to our backs so that was nice. Ran with the top group and was supposed to run 5:45 miles... but at the turnaround we ended up doing a 5:25 mile... yeah... I stopped after 5 miles but felt great up top. Legs were really sore though from Monday. The 2 hour nap I took before practice was amazing!!
