I'm finding weight lifting much more enjoyable when I haven't just run. I have much more energy and keep better form. Did 3 sets of squats with 115lbs, calf raises holding 55lb dumbbells, step ups with 30lb dumbbells then bent legged dead lift with 115lbs. Good workout aside from these kids that kept running up to the window and staring at me.
