Comments:
Warmed up 5 miles then did pickups:3min,2min,3min,2min,3min,2min,3min,2min. all with 90sec jog rest between. pushed these hard like an A3 workout. signifiant amount of oxygen debt during the second half--felt strong. think I strained my upper left IT band/outter quad. it hurt a bit at the start and got progressively worse throughout. cooled-down less than a mile
