Comments:
18x400. New rep starts every 2:15 minutes, so 2:15 to run a rep and rest. Average around 1:16-17 for first 8. Then we started getting faster, 15 14 ish. rep 13 was 1:10, rep 15 was 1:10, rep 16 was 1:08. Thought I was done, until Coach says "2 more." Me and whitney banged em out, 1:11, 1:09. Very tough, but very good workout. Slight twinge in my right hip, but went away.
