Comments:
2 Aleve and a cup of Red Bull to start. J brace on Left Ace on right below knee. Course was 20Km (2X5) and 1.8 Km. 1/2 red bull at 10K and 2 Aleve.
2 more Aleve at 17K and German B12 drink- Foot burn around 13K dulled a little . 1 pit stop. No knee pain during or afterwards. Not exausting - pushed last 2 miles. # 173
