Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Sort of a modified caves where we go out on reverse Caves 9, then take a left on Sapp, and a right on Pipesville finishing via Caves to Zion. Legs felt terrible and my knee tightened up once so I had to stop and stretch it. Feels fine now.
