Comments:
Biked to Glendoveer, intended 5x mile cut-down, 200m rest. Started at 5:45, then uphill mile at 6:00. Slow downhill to bathroom (diarrhea). Uphill 6:00. Down 5:47. Uphill cool down. Most markers are missing, only option on 2-mile course is mostly downhill mile followed by mostly up, etc. No good.
