Comments:
I started slow (around 8 min pace) for the first minute, and gradually sped up until I was going 6:40 pace after about a mile. Then about a quarter mile before finishing I sped up further until I was going 6 min pace. I read some stuff about how running tempo like that is actually better training than a long run when it comes to the 800m, which is why I switched it up.
